DOMESTIC RETURNS

All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to seven all around ,simply pack your item and invoice into the return envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
To mail your package, you can:
Drop your package at a UPS or USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick-up. If you decide to send your return back without using the return label that we have provided, please address your return to the following address:

US ORDERS

We offer complimentary ground shipping to the contiguous United States.We ship via USPS and UPS to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available. Overnight shipping is available for $20.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Costs vary per country. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, get in touch with us at info@sevenallaround.com to receive additional shipping options and get shipping rates. Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. All orders are charged in USD.

RETURNS & SHIPPING

We want you to love your new seven all around as much as we do! If you aren’t happy with your order for any reason, we want to make it right.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the receipt of original order. seven all around will accept back items that are in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and shoe bags. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of original order.
For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail to info@sevenallaround.com with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.

Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. Shoes scuff very easily on any surface so always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes and dust bags are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with shoes.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement trims but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.
